This guide helps you understand the Platuni Admin Dashboard so you can navigate each section and module with confidence.Once you sign in to your Platuni Business Account, you’ll land directly on your main dashboard, your operational homepage.
Here, you’ll find a quick overview of your portfolio performance and key activity across your properties, tenants, and accounts.
You’ll see metrics like:
- Total number of active apartments
- Current tenants and pending applications
- Open maintenance requests and inspections
- Outstanding and completed payments
- Community posts or events
- Recent lease document uploads or updates
By understanding your dashboard, you’ll be able to monitor performance, track activity, and manage your operations more efficiently, all in one place.
Dashboard Overview
The side navigation panel on the left allows you to access all the major modules in the Platuni Admin Console. The layout is designed for clarity, giving you visibility into your entire rental operation with minimal clicks.
Apartments
The Apartments panel is your portfolio hub. Here, you can:
- View all registered properties and individual units.
- Track occupancy status (vacant, leased, under maintenance).
- Access maintenance logs and payment histories per unit.
- Add new apartments or buildings to your portfolio.
This section keeps your asset data organized and instantly accessible.
Listings
The Listings module lets you create, customize, and manage your property listings.From this panel, you can:
- Create branded listings with your logo and banners.
- Upload photos, unit descriptions, and pricing.
- View and respond to inquiries from potential tenants.
- Convert listings directly into active apartment records once rented.
Your listings flow seamlessly into your management system, no need for double entries.
Payments
The Payments panel is your financial control room.From here, you can:
- Generate and send invoices to tenants.
- Record offline payments like cash or transfer receipts.
- Track rent collection and outstanding balances.
- View monthly payment summaries and tenant payment history.

Maintenance

Community

Settings
The Settings area (accessed from the top-right corner of the dashboard) allows admins to manage:
