The Application Breakdown section gives you a complete overview of all rental applications submitted for your properties. It provides a clear snapshot of applicant activity, screening progress, and historical performance helping you make faster, data-driven leasing decisions.

Total Number of Applications

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a summary tile showing the total number of applications received across all your listings. This number updates automatically as new renters apply, allowing you to gauge overall demand at a glance.

You can also filter totals by:

• Name
• Unit applied for
• Application status
• Application date
• Unit type
• Time range (daily, weekly, monthly, YTD)

Application History

The Application History view gives you a chronological timeline of all applications submitted to your properties. Each entry includes:

• Applicant name
• Property and unit applied for
• Date and time of submission
• Current application status (Pending • Approved • Declined • Withdrawn)
• Completion percentage of the renter’s profile
• Notes or flags added by your team

This history allows you to track patterns, such as high-interest months, fast-moving units, and marketing channels generating the most applicants.

Applications Page

The Applications page is your control center for reviewing and managing applicants. From here, you can:

• View detailed applicant profiles and submitted documents
• Check screening results (credit, background, guarantor, income)
• Approve or decline applications
• Request additional documents
• Send messages directly to the applicant
• Move an applicant to “Lease Sent” or “Tenant Added”
• Export application data for reporting

This centralized view ensures you never miss a high-quality applicant and can manage your leasing pipeline with clarity and confidence.
