The Send Lease feature allows landlords and property managers to share lease documents with tenants directly from Platuni.

From the lease or tenant profile, you can:

• Select the lease document you want to send (from your templates or uploaded files).
• Choose the tenant or apartment the lease applies to.
• Send the lease via email and through the tenant’s Platuni dashboard.

Tenants receive the lease document for signing or safekeeping, depending on your process. All sent leases are tracked in the system, so you always know which tenant has received which document and when.
