The Listing Dashboard gives you full control over how your rental units appear both publicly and within Platuni. Our internal marketplace where renters browse available apartments.

How Your Listings Appear Publicly

Once you publish a listing, it becomes visible on the public rental page. Public listings show:

  • Property name and address
  • Monthly rent and fees
  • Property type (studio, 1BR, shared, etc.)
  • Photo and video gallery
  • Amenities and utilities
  • House rules & policies
  • Availability status
  • Contact or application options

Your public listing page is optimized for search and mobile viewing, ensuring renters always get a clean, professional presentation of your property.

How Listings Show Inside Platuni

Within Platuni, your listings appear to renters who already use Platuni or are searching for a new apartment. Inside Platuni, listings display:

  • Featured image
  • Price and key details at a glance
  • Distance to user-selected locations (work, school, etc.)
  • Tags for amenities (e.g., Pet Friendly, Furnished, Parking)
  • Availability and viewing schedule
  • “Apply Now,” “Save,” and “Chat with Landlord” options

Discover rankings are influenced by listing completeness, quality of media, and recent updates, fresh, well documented listings perform better.

Media Guidelines for Photos & Videos

High quality visuals significantly improve your listing performance. Follow these guidelines to ensure your property stands out:

Photo Guidelines

  • Minimum resolution: 1080px wide
  • Formats supported: JPG, PNG, HEIC
  • Upload at least 5–10 photos covering:
    • Exterior
    • Living area
    • Bedroom(s)
    • Kitchen
    • Bathroom
    • Amenities (parking, security, common areas)
  • Use daylight whenever possible
  • Avoid blurry or dark images
  • Keep rooms tidy and uncluttered

Tip: Use wide angle shots to capture full room layouts.

Video Guidelines

  • Minimum resolution: 1080p
  • Length: 20–60 seconds
  • Formats supported: MP4, MOV
  • Include a smooth walkthrough of the major areas
  • Avoid shaky camera movements
  • Record in landscape mode for best viewing
