This feature ensures your properties remain safe, compliant, and in excellent condition while reducing downtime and emergency calls.

1. Scheduling an Inspection

To schedule an inspection, navigate to the Maintenance module and click “Schedule Inspection.”

From there, you can:

1. Select the Property or Unit: Choose the apartment, floor, or building to be inspected.
2. Choose Inspection Type: Safety inspection, HVAC check, plumbing audit, pest control, cleaning, etc.
3. Assign Inspector or Staff: Select a team member or service provider responsible for the task.
4. Set Date & Time: Define when the inspection will occur and how frequently (one-time, weekly, monthly, or quarterly).
5. Add Notes or Checklists: Include any standard procedures or inspection forms that must be completed.

Once scheduled, Platuni automatically notifies the assigned personnel and records the upcoming inspection in your maintenance calendar.
