Real time Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard gives property managers, landlords, and enterprise teams a clear, data driven view of their operations. It consolidates maintenance performance, spending, and service quality metrics into a single dashboard updated in real time.
With this dashboard, you can make faster, smarter decisions based on actual property data not guesswork.

1. Unified Property Insights
From your main Admin Dashboard, the analytics panel provides a comprehensive overview of:
- Total Maintenance Cost – Tracks cumulative spending on all maintenance activities across selected periods (daily, monthly, or quarterly).
- Outstanding Requests – Displays the total number of open or in-progress maintenance tasks awaiting resolution.
- Completed Requests – Shows how many maintenance issues have been successfully closed within the chosen date range.
- Average Resolution Time (SLA) – Measures the time taken to complete tasks relative to their assigned priority levels.
This gives you a quick snapshot of operational efficiency across your portfolio.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Metrics
Platuni automatically calculates Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance for every maintenance request.
SLA tracking measures how long it takes to resolve issues based on their priority level:
- Urgent: 0–24 hours
- High: 1–2 days
- Medium: 3–5 days
- Low: Up to 7 days
The dashboard uses this data to display:
- Average Response Time
- Percentage of Requests Resolved Within SLA
- Requests Exceeding SLA
This visibility helps property managers identify bottlenecks, optimize staffing, and improve vendor performance.
3. Maintenance Cost Analytics
The cost analytics widget breaks down expenses by category, property, and provider:
- By Category: See how much is being spent on plumbing, electrical, cleaning, or structural repairs.
- By Property: Compare maintenance costs across buildings or units to detect high-cost areas.
- By Vendor: Track which service providers are driving the most costs — and whether their SLA performance justifies it.
All cost data can be filtered by time period or exported for financial reporting.
4. Operational Efficiency Reports
Beyond live metrics, the dashboard generates detailed performance summaries, helping you:
- Track monthly and quarterly maintenance trends.
- Identify recurring maintenance issues or failure points.
- Monitor which properties or teams handle tasks most efficiently.
- Benchmark performance across regions or building clusters.
These reports can be viewed directly on the dashboard or downloaded for stakeholder presentations.
This ensures no delayed or over budget task goes unnoticed.
