Within any analytics or maintenance table such as Maintenance Requests, Cost Reports, or SLA Dashboards you can instantly download your data by clicking “Export”.

Available formats include:

• CSV – For spreadsheets and data analysis
• Excel – Ideal for reports and summaries
• PDF – For ready to share presentations or printouts

The exported file mirrors the data currently visible on your dashboard, including applied filters and custom columns.

2. Export Maintenance Requests

Property managers can export the entire Maintenance Request Table or select filtered records (e.g., by property, date range, or status).Each export includes key details such as:

• Request ID and Title
• Reported By (Tenant/Landlord)
• Assigned Service Provider
• Category and Priority Level
