San Francisco · Task guide
Prepare SF housing-inventory reporting and rent-increase licence checks
Every residential unit in San Francisco is reported to the Rent Board's Housing Inventory by 1 March each year, occupied or not. For Ordinance-covered units, complete reporting is required for the annual or banked rent increase licence. Check the licence for the unit and the proposed increase date. Two modes: the annual report, and the licence check before an increase. Nothing is filed from here.
