Usage-based fees & add-ons
Your subscription covers the Platuni software listed above. Some services provided by payment processors, screening bureaus and signature providers incur charges only when used. Fees vary by country, plan and provider. You will see applicable charges before authorizing a paid action.
Card payments
Stripe standard rates currently start at 2.9% + 30¢ per domestic transaction. Any fee charged to a tenant depends on local law and payment rules; otherwise the property operator pays.

Pricing and billing FAQ
Your monthly subscription is the greater of the per-unit amount and the plan's monthly minimum. For example, 60 Starter units cost CAD $83.40/month.
Access to eligible workflows is part of your plan, but any third-party processing, screening reports or signature requests carry separate usage charges, shown before purchase.
Self-Serve supports up to 20 units. When your portfolio grows, you can upgrade to Starter; eligible existing customers may receive a one-time transition credit. Contact us for details.
Where permitted, the landlord or applicant may pay; local rules override that choice. For example, rental application and suitability-investigation fees cannot be passed to applicants in British Columbia.
Billing frequency, renewal, cancellations, usage charges and taxes follow the checkout terms or signed order form.
Annual billing takes 20% off your monthly subscription, after any plan minimum is applied, and is billed for 12 months upfront. Payment, screening and e-signature fees are not discounted.
The operator may absorb them or, only where permitted, choose an approved fee arrangement. The payer sees the fee before confirming the payment.

Standard property workflows remain in the platform; advanced jurisdiction intelligence, compliance alerts, evidence and audit packages are a separate premium offering when available.
