Enter a rental unit lawfully — Calgary

Four ways in: the tenant consents at the time, it's an emergency, you reasonably believe the unit is abandoned, or you give at least 24 hours' written notice stating the reason, date and time — between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., not on a Sunday or holiday unless the tenant agrees. Showings to buyers or new tenants use the notice route like any other reason. The path stays visible while you prepare.
