Rent payment reconciliation worksheet — Calgary

Rent due, received, credits and disputed amounts in separate columns so the balance is arithmetic anyone can check. A late-fee column exists because Alberta allows a reasonable one where the agreement provides for it — and it stays out of the amount a 14-day notice states. The deposit is held in trust and never applied to arrears during the tenancy.
