Tenancy agreement page with deposit amounts

Shows what was collected and when.

Deposit receipts with dates

Interest runs from these dates.

Move-in Condition Inspection Report, signed by both

The baseline for any damage claim.

End of tenancy

Move-out inspection invitations (two) and final-opportunity notice if used

Proves the tenant had the chance to attend.

Move-out Condition Inspection Report

Compared against move-in.

Photos indexed to both reports

Same naming scheme, dated.

Forwarding address in writing, with the date received

Starts the 15-day clock.

Return or claim

Written agreement to any deduction, signed

Without it, a deduction is a claim, not a deduction.

Interest calculation with the rate fixture version

Arithmetic, shown.

Proof of return payment, or the dispute application confirmation

Within 15 days.
